How we handle the little information we collect.

The short version
We collect as little as possible, we never sell your information, and nothing on this site asks for patient information.
What we collect
- Waitlist and contact forms: your name, email and message, only when you choose to send them. (Before launch, these forms are previews and nothing is stored.)
- Purchases: payments are processed by Square. We receive your name, email, what you bought and a receipt; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Merch orders: a shipping address, shared only with the fulfillment partner who ships your order.
- Books: bought directly on Bookshop.org or Amazon under their own privacy policies; we don’t receive your payment or shipping details.
- Basic site analytics: if added, privacy-friendly, aggregate page counts only.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought and send receipts and product updates.
- To answer your questions.
- To send the newsletter you joined. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop (payment, email delivery, fulfillment). We do not sell or rent personal information.
Patient privacy
Our templates and trackers are designed to be used without patient identifiers. Please never send patient information through this site or by email.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@chaplaincydesk.com.
