Who we are
The Chaplaincy Manager’s Desk (chaplaincydesk.com) is an independent resource created by Dr. Emerson Bolivar, DMin. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any hospital or health system.
Digital products and licenses
- Standard (Operations Kit and single templates): for one person to use and adapt in the department they lead or work in.
- Department License: shared use by up to 15 staff in one department, including editable source files.
- You may edit, brand and print the files for internal use. Please don’t resell, share publicly or redistribute them.
Not professional advice
Templates are practical starting points. Review and adapt them through your organization’s policy process and applicable law, accreditation and privacy requirements. They are not legal, clinical or accreditation advice.
Refunds
- Digital products: if a product isn’t useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
- Merch: printed on demand and shipped by Printful after payment; damaged or misprinted items will be replaced.
- Books: sold and shipped by Bookshop.org (or Amazon); returns follow that retailer’s policy.
Books and merch
Books are sold and shipped by Bookshop.org, which supports independent bookstores (two specialist titles link to Amazon). We may earn a small commission from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. Prices are set by the retailer and may change. Merch is printed on demand by Printful; product images are design mockups and the printed item may vary slightly. Prices and availability may change before launch.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Square. Prices are in US dollars. Merch is paid through Square Payment Links. Books are paid on the retailer’s site, not through Square.
